At obdlo, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing from us, you accept that all products are sold “as is” and acknowledge your responsibility to review product details before completing your order. While we do not accept returns, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our sole discretion, provided the request is submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Claims for manufacturing defects must also be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting us through WhatsApp at 858-281-3742, accompanied by clear photos and a description of the issue. Exchanges will only be granted for the same product, subject to availability, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Products altered, repaired, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or credit.
